Medicine is more than science. It’s an art … and Dr. Kazdan and his team add to that the art of active listening to help understand what his patients are experiencing. Our approach to the practice of medicine involves treating the entire person, with a devotion to allotting the time it takes to do so. Dr. Kazdan is qualified to treat patients.

Dr. Todd Kazdan
Dr. Todd Kazdan
Dr. Kazdan was born and raised in New York, N.Y. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and Florida International University graduating with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Dr. Kazdan studied medicine at The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine graduating in 1999. He completed his internship, as chief intern in Philadelphia Pa, and Family Medicine residency at N.S.U. /Palmetto General Hospital here in Florida being Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Immediately following training, Dr. Kazdan began private practice in Davie, Florida and not soon after, opening a second location in Weston Fl.

Dr. Kazdan is married to Kathleen Mcnally Kazdan, father to Alex and Josh and stepdad to Connor and Jordan.

Dr. Kathleen Kazdan, DNP, FNP-BC is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in practice for over 20 years caring for children, adults, and older adults in the Weston/Davie areas. She has enjoyed working together with her husband Todd for the past 10 years.
She loves working as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and treats each patient as a unique individual using a holistic, culturally sensitive, caring approach to improve overall health. Kathleen also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty at the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University and serves as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students in the clinical setting for several local universities.
Kathleen has a special interest in weight control and is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association. She has developed Doctor K’s Weight Control Inc. (Drksweightcontrol.com) an office/online research-based weight control program for long-term weight loss that improves overall health: mind, body, and spirit.
Dr. Wendy Cleary
Dr. Wendy Lucente Cleary, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Dr. Wendy Lucente Cleary has been practicing as a board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for over 20 years. She received her BSN as a Registered Nurse in 1996. She completed her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2001. She went on to further her education and completed the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2020 at the University of Florida.
Wendy began practicing as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in 1996. In 2001 she started practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Family Medicine in Davie/Weston and has been with Dr. Todd Kazdan’s practice since 2005.
Wendy is involved in her professional organizations: Florida Nurses Association , American Nurses Association, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She serves as an adjunct professor for the local University and as a preceptor for postgraduate nursing students.
Wendy has a strong interest in providing patients with knowledge and support to promote a healthy lifestyle and provide the best possible care for her patients. She is also certified to perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox and fillers.
Wendy grew up in South Florida and is happily married to Brian since 1997 and has 3 children: Mackenzie, Nicholas and Mia. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and supporting the Florida Gators!
Michelle Massiah
Michelle Massiah
Michelle Massiah is a University of Florida graduate (Go Gators!) with greater than 10 years of experience in family practice. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and preceptor to graduate students at Florida Atlantic University.
She believes in providing comprehensive medical care that includes not only partnering with patients, but empowering them with education, encouragement, and compassion. She believes this approach is key in successful management of several chronic medical conditions found in family practice.
Michelle is a lover of any fun exercise workout, hot yoga, creative home projects, Thai food, Netflix, paddle boarding, and hanging out in the backyard with family. On weekends, you can find her outside by the water with her husband and two boys.

Dr. Alexandria Changtin
Alexandria Changtin DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Dr. Alexandria Changtin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated nursing school from Miami Dade College in 2010. She began her nursing career as a medical-surgical and telemetry RN for Memorial Healthcare System. During that time at the bedside, she grew a passion for helping and caring for her patients holistically.
Ultimately her goal was to form a closer and long-term relationship with patients by caring for them in the primary care setting. In 2017 she earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Florida Atlantic University. After graduation, she joined the team at the practice of Dr. Todd Kazdan as a nurse practitioner and she loves it. Besides nursing Alex, enjoys spending time with her husband, her adorable son, and her golden retriever.
Cheryl Greenberg
Cheryl Greenberg
Cheryl has been practicing as a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for over 25 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from Florida International University. She began her career as an intensive care nurse at Memorial Regional Hospital. She then became Co-Director of a Congestive Heart Failure Program within a large cardiology group where she practiced both general and preventative cardiology. She went on to work as a pulmonary/critical care nurse practitioner and then worked with a local family medicine physician for 10 years before joining Dr. Todd Kazdan’s practice.
Cheryl has been a member of the South Florida Council of Advanced Practice Nurses for over 20 years where she has held various board positions and is currently Treasurer. She also serves as the Council’s representative for the Florida Coalition for Advanced Practice Nurses. Cheryl truly loves making positive impacts on people’s lives while treating them with compassion and respect. She considers it both an honor and a pleasure caring for her patients and their families.
Cheryl has been happily married to her husband David since 1990 and has 2 wonderful children- Ryan and Rachel. She enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and travelling.
Jenny Perez
Jenny Perez
Jenny Perez serves as Practice Administrator and Human Resources Officer for the Medical Practice of Doctor Todd Kazdan. In her current role, Perez is responsible for leading Dr. Kazdan’s human resources and knowledge management strategy, as well as leadership and organizational development.
Perez oversees daily operations management, as well as employee relations, and is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace.
Since joining the Medical Practice of Doctor Todd Kazdan in 2003, Perez has served in various leadership roles. In 2007, Perez assumed the role of Practice Administrator and Human Resources Officer. Over the years Perez has developed quality training materials for various supporting departments within the practice.
Perez brings 32 years of combined administrative experience in Healthcare.
If you ask Jenny, her greatest accomplishment is being a wife and a mom to her son. She loves animals and is interested in continuing learning.

Jay Frank
Jay Frank
Jay has been an essential part of Dr Todd Kazdan’s team since 2004. Jay provides leadership and direction essential to the expansion of an already established successful primary care practice. Jay earned a Certified Medical Business Management certificate in 2016 and is currently wrapping up a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree with a major in Health Administration. Jay is a native of South Florida.
Although Jay moved out of state a couple of times, Jay keeps finding herself coming back home. Jay has found a passion working in the healthcare industry. Jay is always willing to help guide patients through the often- complicated healthcare process and will happily go that “extra mile” without complaint.
Lissette Castanedo-Morua
Lissette Castanedo-Morua - Medical Assistant Manager
Lissette graduated in 2010 from Florida National University as an Advance Certified Sonographer and in 2001 from National School of technology as a Medical Assistant. Lissette has been working at Doctor Todd Kazdan Medical Practice for the past 16 years.
Lissette is the Medical Assistant Supervisor at Doctor Kazdan’s Practice, in her current role Lissette’s responsibilities include the day-to-day workflow of the clinical staff, including training, coordinating the staff schedule, and their work performance evaluation. ensuring the compliance and the achievement of the department goals. Lissette is originally from Havana, Cuba and have been living in the United States for the past 25 years. For Lissette, the first couple of years after moving to the US were difficult, nonetheless, she persevered and reached her dreams to live life to the fullest.
Lissette has been in a fruitful marriage for the past 23 years with a wonderful person and together they have a beautiful family, two beautiful twins, Dylan, and Sophie, who are both 7 years old and are the best thing that has ever happened to her.
Lissette feels immensely proud of the work that she has accomplished throughout the years, and while working at Doctor Kazdan’s Practice she realized that her passion is to be able to help others, while interacting and creating a strong bond with the patients.
