Lissette graduated in 2010 from Florida National University as an Advance Certified Sonographer and in 2001 from the National School of Technology as a Medical Assistant. Lissette has worked at Dr. Kazdan's Medical Practice for the past 16 years.

Lissette is the Medical Assistant Supervisor at Doctor Kazdan’s Practice, in her current role Lissette’s responsibilities include the day-to-day workflow of the clinical staff, including training, coordinating the staff schedule, and their work performance evaluation. Ensuring the compliance and the achievement of the department goals. Lissette is originally from Havana, Cuba, and has been living in the United States for the past 25 years. For Lissette, the first couple of years after moving to the US were difficult; nonetheless, she persevered and reached her dreams of living life to the fullest.

Lissette has been in a fruitful marriage for the past 23 years with a wonderful person. Together, they have a beautiful family: two beautiful twins, Dylan and Sophie, who are both 7 years old and are the best thing that has ever happened to her.

Lissette feels immensely proud of the work she has accomplished throughout the years. While working at Doctor Kazdan’s Practice, she realized that her passion is helping others while interacting with and creating a strong bond with the patients.
